SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Temporary removable windshield placards. Allows licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, or chiropractors to certify 15 days in advance of a medical procedure that an applicant will have a temporary disability that limits or impairs his ability to walk. DMV will mail the temporary placard to the applicant.
