SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
No-contest clauses; exceptions. Allows the beneficiary of a will or trust to institute an action to seek interpretation or enforcement of a provision of a will or trust without triggering the penalties of a no-contest clause. This bill does not eliminate the general utility of no-contest clauses to prevent unwarranted challenges or contests to the validity of a will or trust.
