SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor vehicle license plates.  Provides that motor vehicles whose manufacturers do not provide, as original equipment, for a bracket or other device for displaying a license plate on the front of the vehicle will be required to display only single license plates, on the rear of the vehicle.
