Board for Professional Soil Scientists, Wetland Professionals, and Geologists; requirements for certification as a wetland delineator. Removes the requirement that experience in wetland delineation prior to applying for certification as a wetland delineator must have occurred under the supervision of a certified professional wetland delineator.
