SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Alcoholic beverage control; operation of government stores. Clarifies that the requirement that all alcoholic beverages sold at government stores be in closed containers, sealed, and affixed with labels prescribed by the ABC Board does not apply to tasting samples provided at government stores established by the Board on a distiller's licensed premises. The bill also provides that such distiller may charge consumers for such tastings.
