SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Littering and illegal dumping; community service. Provides that when a person is convicted of illegally dumping or disposing of garbage or refuse on public property or on private property without the permission of the owner, the court may order a mandatory minimum of 10 hours of community service.
