SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; Virginia State Crime Commission to study laws and policies governing the investigation of child sexual abuse in the Commonwealth; report. Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study laws and policies governing the investigation of alleged child sexual abuse in the Commonwealth and to develop proposals for legislative and other changes to increase the effectiveness of such investigations and of prosecutions of individuals alleged to have committed child sexual abuse.
