SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

State safety inspection fees. Increases from $16 to $24 the maximum fee that can be charged for state safety inspections of "other vehicles." The bill also provides for the indexing of the maximum allowable fee for all vehicles based on the Consumer Price Index.
