SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Career and technical occupational experiences for secondary school students; immunity of provider. Specifies that any entity, and its officers and employees, that provides a career and technical occupational experience to a public secondary school student shall be entitled to the same immunity as a local school board and its members and employees in any civil action or proceeding for damages or injury to the participating student or his property.
