SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Insurance agents; effect of loss of license. Prohibits an individual whose license has been revoked by the State Corporation Commission, or voluntarily surrendered in lieu of a hearing before the Commission, from directly or indirectly owning and operating, controlling, or being employed in any manner by an insurance agent or agency during the time period in which the individual is unlicensed unless otherwise authorized by the State Corporation Commission.

Insurance agents; effect of loss of license. Prohibits an individual whose insurance agent license has been revoked, or voluntarily surrendered without a hearing, from directly or indirectly owning, controlling, or being employed by an insurance agent or agency during the period in which he is unlicensed, unless otherwise authorized by the State Corporation Commission.
