SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Land preservation tax credit; conveyances for public use. Provides that beginning in 2014 the land preservation tax credit would equal 60 percent of the fair market value of any land that is conveyed for (i) the purpose of a public park, public recreational facility, or public trail access easement or (ii) such other public use that will provide a substantial public benefit as identified in guidelines developed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
