SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Child abuse and neglect investigations; time limit for reports. Provides that time during which the local department of social services is waiting to receive records that are necessary for the investigation of alleged sexual abuse of a child or alleged abuse or neglect of a child that resulted in the death of the child shall not be counted towards the time limit by which such investigation must be completed.
