SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Telephone services for incarcerated persons. Authorizes the State Corporation Commission to exercise jurisdiction over rates and charges of telecommunication services that enable correctional inmates to originate calls at pay telephones or other telephones that are designated for prisoners' personal use.
