Insurance notices. Permits insurers to send termination notices on commercial liability policies to the first named insured listed in the policy's declarations page.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Insurance notices. Provides that only the first named insured is required to be given notice by the insurer of the cancellation or nonrenewal of certain commercial insurance policies.
