SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Tenant's remedies; general district court. Provides that if a landlord unlawfully causes an interruption of utility services for leased premises, the residential tenant may obtain an order from general district court to recover possession of the premises, require the landlord to resume such interrupted utility services, or terminate the rental agreement.
