SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Child custody and visitation; person with a legitimate interest. Provides that a person with a legitimate interest who may petition for custody or visitation of a child that is not his or her own must be a grandparent, stepparent, former stepparent, blood relative, or family member of the child.
