RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly recognize the need for mitigation measures for disadvantaged populations adversely affected by the imposition of tolls; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of Transportation and the Commonwealth Transportation Board in order that the members of the Commonwealth Transportation Board may be apprised of the sense of the General Assembly of Virginia in this matter during their deliberations.
