Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Commonwealth is hereby authorized (i) to sell, renovate, or lease the building located at 200 North 9th Street in the City of Richmond (commonly referred to as the "9th Street Office Building") or (ii) to sell or develop the adjacent property upon which the 8th Street Office Building was formerly located, or both, and to explore all options available for the sale, rehabilitation, development, or lease of the building or property.
