Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Board of Education shall promulgate regulations to provide the same criteria for eligibility for an expedited retake of  [ an end-of-course- any  ]  Standards of Learning test to each student regardless of grade level or course.
