RESOLVED by the House of  Delegates, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission as follows:

Robert Ferrell Newman, of Henrico, as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission for a term of six years commencing March 1, 2013.
