HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 213 Commending Regency at Dominion Valley.

 

Agreed to by the House of Delegates, February 21, 2013

 

WHEREAS, Regency at Dominion Valley, an active adult community for adults age 55 or older near Haymarket, celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2013; and

WHEREAS, Regency at Dominion Valley has nearly 800 housing units established for the discriminating senior; and

WHEREAS, Regency at Dominion Valley offers quiet neighborhoods, a club house with pool, and a golf course for its residents; and

WHEREAS, located within minutes of major highways and shopping centers, the picturesque landscapes of Regency at Dominion Valley sit beneath the breathtaking Bull Run Mountains; and

WHEREAS, residents of Regency at Dominion Valley can enjoy Mother Nature’s splendor, while maintaining easy access to Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas; and

WHEREAS, Regency at Dominion Valley offers spectacular residences built by Toll Brothers, a renowned Fortune 500 luxury home builder; and

WHEREAS, residents of Regency at Dominion Valley make many important contributions to businesses, organizations, and community affairs throughout the Commonwealth; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Regency at Dominion Valley hereby be commended on the occasion of its 10th anniversary; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Regency at Dominion Valley as an expression of the House of Delegates’ congratulations.
