HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 193 Offered February 15, 2013 Commending Julia Krebs. ---------- Patron-- Sickles ----------

WHEREAS, Julia Krebs, a director of the Manchester Lakes Master Association from November 2009 through November 2012, led efforts to sustain and improve the quality of life of all residents within the Manchester Lakes Master Association community in Fairfax County; and

WHEREAS, Julia Krebs spent countless hours planning the upgrade and modernization of numerous community amenities, including the addition of built-in steps in both association swimming pools, which have proven to be a most welcome addition by all pool patrons; and

WHEREAS, Julia Krebs paid great attention to the community’s needs and refurbished several athletic amenities; these improvements have been well received and greatly appreciated by all users; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Julia Krebs hereby be commended for her tireless efforts to sustain and improve the quality of life of all residents within the Manchester Lakes Master Association community in Fairfax County; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Julia Krebs as an expression of the House of Delegates’ admiration for her hard work and dedication.
