Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 24.2 a section numbered 24.2-304.04 as follows:

24.2-304.04. House of Delegates districts.

Subject to the provisions of subsections A, B, and C of 24.2-304.03, the following House of Delegates districts shall be comprised as follows:

Second. Part of Prince William County comprised of the Belmont (701), Featherstone (704), Potomac View (705), Quantico (304), Rippon (706), River Oaks (708), and Swans Creek (311) Precincts and part of the Library (702) Precinct; and part of Stafford County comprised of the Rock Hill (201), Roseville (202), Ruby (203), Stefaniga (204), Widewater (302), and Woodlands (701) Precincts and part of the Whitson (702) Precinct.

Seventh. 2.  That the first enactment changes the assignment of certain census blocks to House of Delegates districts as follows:

In Arlington County, blocks 510131023023000, 510131023023001, 510131023023004, 510131023023005, 510131023024003, 510131023024005, 510131023024009, and 510131023024018 are reassigned from District 47 to District 49, and blocks 510131024003000, 510131024003001, 510131024003002, 510131024003003, 510131024003004, 510131024003005, 510131024003006, and 510131024003008 are reassigned from District 49 to District 47.

In Bedford County, blocks 510190302012012 and 510190304023031 are reassigned from District 19 to District 22, blocks 510190304011018, 510190304025037, and 510190306053115 are reassigned from District 19 to District 23, and blocks 510190304025007, 510190304025008, and 510190304025027 are reassigned from District 23 to District 19.

In Campbell County, blocks 510310202004042 and 510310202004043 are reassigned from District 22 to District 59, blocks 10310206001010, 510310206001011, 510310206001012, 510310206001013, 510310206001023, and 510310206001053 are reassigned from District 59 to District 60, and block 510310206001056 is reassigned from District 60 to District 59.
