Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the General Assembly may, by appropriate legislative action, add full-time employees of the Department of Military Affairs who provide fire protection services for facilities of the Virginia National Guard to the membership of the Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System under Chapter 2.1 (§ 51.1-211 et seq.) of Title 51.1 of the Code of Virginia.
