Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-207.1 as follows:

§ 46.2-207.1. Extension of period for payment of fees in event of natural disaster.

In the event that a natural disaster shall have been declared in a county, city, or town within the last three days of any month, any resident of such county, city, or town shall be granted a 14-day grace period for the payment of any fee to be paid to the Department.
