Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. Special license plates for members and former members of the U.S. Army Rangers.

Upon receipt of an application therefor and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is a member or former member of the U.S. Army Rangers, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall, following the provisions of § 46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, issue U.S. Army Ranger special license plates to the applicant.
