CHAPTER 597 An Act to require the Department of Social Services to utilize federal adoption bonus payments to support post-adoption services. [H 2271] Approved March 20, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Department of Social Services shall utilize all federal adoption bonus payments received by the Commonwealth in a fiscal year to support post-adoption services.
