CHAPTER 517 An Act to amend and reenact § 32.1-111.13 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads; report to the State Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board. [H 2315] Approved March 18, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 32.1-111.13 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 32.1-111.13. Annual financial reports.

Effective on July 1, 1996, the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads shall submit an annual financial report on the use of its funds received from the special emergency medical services fund to the State Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board Executive Committee on such forms and providing such information as may be required by the Advisory Board Executive Committee for such purpose.
