CHAPTER 95 An Act to amend and reenact § 6.2-1367 of the Code of Virginia, relating to credit unions; Virginia Small Estate Act. [S 905] Approved March 5, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 6.2-1367 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 6.2-1367. Application of provisions to federal credit unions.

The provisions of §§ 6.2-1365 and 64.1-132.3, 64.2-601, and 64.2-602 shall apply to federal credit unions operating in this the Commonwealth to the extent that the same are not inconsistent with any federal law applicable to such credit unions.
