A. Effective July 1, 2004, the standard vital records fee shall be $12.00 and the fee for the expedited record search shall be $48.00.

B. Notwithstanding ง 32.1-273.1, Code of Virginia, $518,421 the first year and $518,421 the second year from the Vital Statistics Automation Fund shall be used to supplant general fund support from the Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Program.
