insert
D. For the purposes of this section coercion includes, but is not limited to, (i) threatening injury to the character or property of another person, (ii) accusing another person of any offense, (iii) threatening to report another person as being illegally present in the Untied States, or (iv) knowingly destroying, concealing, removing, confiscating, withholding or threatening to withhold, or possess any actual or purported passport or other immigration document, or any other actual or purported government identification document, of another person.
