SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 521 Nominating a person to be elected as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.   Agreed to by the Senate, May 14, 2012  

RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, as follows:

Wesley Gilmer Marshall, of Spotsylvania County, as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission for a term of six years commencing June 1, 2012.
