RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the Senate confirm the following nominations by the Senate Committee on Rules to the Senate Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 30-112 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable A. Joe Canada, Jr., Post Office Box 126, Union Hall, Virginia 24176, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2015, to succeed the Honorable Robert L. Calhoun.

The Honorable Benjamin A. Lambert, 3109 Noble Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23222, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2016, to succeed the Honorable Wiley F. Mitchell, Jr.
