RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the Comptroller be and is directed to issue his warrants on the Treasurer, payable from the contingent fund of the Senate, to accomplish the work of the Senate of Virginia as reported by the Clerk of the Senate to the Senate Rules Committee during the 2012 Special Session I. Necessary payments to cover contingent and incidental expenses will be certified by the Clerk of the Senate or her designee; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That members of the Senate shall receive a session per diem and mileage reimbursement if in attendance at the 2012 Special Session I of the General Assembly; and, be it

RESOLVED FINALLY, That during the recesses, no session per diem for this special session shall be allowed for members of the Senate; however, on any day that the Senate is in recess, members of any standing committee authorized by the Senate and the Committee on Rules and the members of any legislative committee, commission, or council established by the General Assembly, and all committees and subcommittees of any of the foregoing, and the members of any budget conference committee, shall receive compensation as provided in the 2010-2012 Appropriation Act.
