A. Included in the federal trust appropriations are amounts estimated at $78,705 the first year and $78,705 the second year to pay for statewide indirect cost recoveries of this agency. Actual recoveries of statewide indirect costs up to the level of these estimates shall be exempt from payments into the general fund, as provided in § 4-2.03 of this act. Amounts recovered in excess of these estimates shall be deposited into the general fund.

B. Notwithstanding the provisions of §51.5-39.7, Code of Virginia, the implementation date for establishing an ombudsman section in the Virginia Office for Protection and Advocacy is deferred until July 1, 2012.
