SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; JLARC; tax burden on the manufacturing sector; report.  Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study measures to eliminate the disparity in the share of state tax burden borne by the Commonwealth's manufacturing sector. This measure is a recommendation of the Manufacturing Development Commission.
