SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
City of Virginia Beach; concurrent jurisdiction over adjoining waters. Extends the territorial limits of the City of Virginia Beach three miles into the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay waters for purposes of local public safety regulation authority and enforcement. The bill does not affect the statutory authority of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission.
