SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Riding transportation district train with fraudulent ticket; penalty. Provides a $750 minimum fine for the second conviction within one year of a prior offense of using a fraudulent or counterfeit ticket. Under current law this Class 2 misdemeanor has a minimum fine of $500.
