Solar panels in community associations.  Clarifies a community association's authority to prohibit or restrict the installation of solar power devices.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Solar panels in community associations.  Removes the provision that allows covenants restricting the installation of solar power devices to continue to be enforceable if they became effective prior to July 1, 2008.
