SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Assistive Technology Loan Fund Authority; approval of loan applications.  Eliminates the requirement that the Board of Directors of the Assistive Technology Loan Fund Authority ratify the approval or denial of loan applications by a delegated committee established by the Board for such purpose.
