SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hunting on Sundays. Allows the hunting of wild birds or wild animals including nuisance species on Sundays (i) by a landowner or the landowner's immediate family on his property or by any person on private property with the written permission of the landowner and (ii) on the waters of the Commonwealth as authorized by the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries. However, a person is prohibited from hunting on Sunday within 250 yards of a place of worship or with the assistance of dogs. This bill was incorporated into SB 464.
