SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Motor vehicle fuels sales tax.  Transfers the administration and collection of the motor vehicle fuels sales tax imposed in certain transportation districts from the Department of Taxation to the Department of Motor Vehicles, effective July 1, 2013.  This bill incorporates SB 138 and is identical to HB 876.
