SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Alcoholic beverage control; outdoor advertising. Provides that all outdoor alcoholic beverage signs shall comply with the provisions of outdoor advertising in sight of highways, laws and regulations adopted by the Commonwealth Transportation Board pursuant thereto, and the Integrated Directional Sign Program administered by the Virginia Department of Transportation or its agents. This bill is identical to HB 466.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alcoholic beverage control; outdoor advertising. Provides that all outdoor alcoholic beverage signs and advertising by ABC licensees shall comply with the provisions of outdoor advertising in sight of highways, laws and regulations adopted by the Commonwealth Transportation Board pursuant thereto, and the Integrated Directional Sign Program administered by the Virginia Department of Transportation or its agents.
