SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Two-Year Transfer Grant Program; Expected Family Contribution.  Increases eligibility for the Two-Year Transfer Grant to students with financial need, defined by an Expected Family Contribution of no more than $12,000, rather than the current $8,000, as calculated by the federal government using the family's financial information reported on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.  This bill was incorporated into SB 85.
