Sale of certain property in Newport News.  Allows the City of Newport News to sell certain property of 2,501 square feet or less and not suitable for development for a nominal amount. The act expires on July 1, 2014.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sale of certain property.  Adds the City of Newport News to an existing provision that allows the City of Richmond to sell certain property for a nominal amount. The bill also adds small parcels not suitable for development to the types of property subject to such sale.
