SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor vehicle fuel sales tax. Transfers the administration and collection of the motor vehicle fuel sales tax imposed in certain transportation districts from the Department of Taxation to the Department of Motor Vehicles, effective July 1, 2013. This bill was incorporated into SB 503.
