SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Commitment of sexually violent predators; probable cause hearing; use of video and audio communication system. Provides that the hearing to determine whether probable cause exists to believe that a person is a sexually violent predator who should be civilly committed may be conducted by using a two-way electronic video and audio communication system. This bill is identical to HB 944.
