SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse; public and private college employees. Adds any person employed by a public or private institution of higher education other than an attorney who is employed by a public or private institution of higher education who obtains information about suspected abuse or neglect of a child in the course of providing legal representation to a client to the list of individuals required to report suspected abuse or neglect of a child.
