SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Condominium Act; sale at auction. Provides that a disposition of a unit through a sale at auction, where the resale certificate was made available as part of the auction package for prospective purchasers prior to the auction, is exempt from certain provisions of the Condominium Act.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; information requested by lenders. Requires an association to provide information requested from a lender for a purchaser within 10 business days of the request. The bill authorized the association to charge statutory fees for providing this information. The bill sets out the manner in which the requested information may be furnished to the lender. The bill contains technical amendments.
