SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax exemption; hurricane preparedness products and energy-efficient or water-efficient products. Merges the sales and use tax holiday for energy-efficient or water-efficient products with the sales and use tax holiday for hurricane preparedness products so that both occur during the same seven days previously reserved for only hurricane preparedness products. The bill also removes the sunset for these sales tax holidays.
